1. Terms and Conditions

Booking Cancellation Policies/Fees:

 

Thank you for your interest in the SSD Home Collection. We ask that if for any reason you need to cancel your booking cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours of our scheduled time, you will be considered a No-Show Cancel or Same Day Cancel and you will forfeit your deposit:

We do not offer a rescheduling option, please make sure that you can make your booking. If you fail to do so we will have to forfeit your deposit and you will have to book again and pay another deposit. You will also be removed from our contact list.

II. ORDER INFORMATION:

  1. Will I get a confirmation email?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.

  2. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do not accept ANY returns for buyers’ remorse or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

  3. Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours after your order is placed. If after 24 hours you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.

Please verify your shipping address when placing your order. NO changes will be made once your order is placed.

 

III. SHIPPING INFORMTION:

We offer Flat rate shipping in the U.S. Our shipping is quick and affordable. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and Fedex. Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. You may track your order via the service company provided. For furniture we accept order cancellations that are made prior to order shipping. Here is a breakdown of our shipping options:

$99.99 to Florida and Georgia

$129.99 to all other US states

  1. How long is processing time?

Processing can take anywhere from 1-2 business days

  2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping is 3-14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

 

Claims:

All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. All defects and damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If a claim is filed after 72 hours, SSD may not be able to honor the claim. Defective merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging is disposed of SSD will not accept the claim. We will not take any responsibility for damages that occur at the end user’s location. If the issue can be resolved by sending a part or some hardware, we can assist in sending those replacement parts.
