Staging Day Instructions

As we approach the staging day for, I wanted to provide you with some instructions to ensure a smooth and successful staging process. Effective communication and coordination are key to showcasing the property in its best light.

  1. Access to the Property:

    • Please ensure that you have the keys or access code ready for the staging team prior to staging day.

  2. Prepare the Property:

    • Prior to the staging team's arrival, make sure the property is clean and clutter-free.

    • If there are any specific areas or items that need attention, please communicate this in advance.

  3. Staging Team Arrival:

    • You do not have to be present the day of staging. 

    • Provide any relevant information about the property, its features, and unique selling points.

  4. Utility Access:

    • Ensure that all necessary utilities, such as electricity and water, are turned on.

    • It is best to leave these utilities on until the property is officially off the market.

  5. Security Measures:

    • Discuss any security measures or codes that the staging team needs to be aware of.

    • Ensure that all valuables are securely stored before the staging process begins.

  6. Photography and Marketing:

    • Coordinate with the photographer to schedule a time for capturing the staged property.

    • Ensure that marketing materials, including online listings, reflect the staged appearance.

  7. Communication:

    • Stay available for any questions or clarifications from the staging team throughout the day.

    • Share any feedback or concerns promptly to address them during the staging process.

  8. Staging Completion:

    • We will confirm with you when the staging is complete and the property is ready for viewing.

    • Walk through the property to ensure that everything meets your expectations.

  9. Lock-Up and Return of Keys:

    • The stager will confirm with you that all doors and windows are secure before leaving.

    • We will have the keys and ensure they are returned to the designated location.
